B. Wallet Data
- Wallet Address: Public wallet used for login and on-chain activity.
- NFT Ownership: Checked for identity verification or feature access.
- Token Transfers: Gifting and purchases are visible on-chain.
C. Usage Data
- Spark swipes
- Matching interactions
- Gift history
- NFT minting history
- Chat session initiation (not chat content)
3. How We Use Data
- Match users based on profile preferences
- Facilitate on-chain gifting and reward distribution
- Improve matchmaking algorithms and platform performance
- Display user-generated content (e.g., NFT cards)
4. Data Storage & Security
- Email and profile data are stored in encrypted form on secure servers.
- On-chain actions are permanent and visible to the public via BSC block explorers.
- Private keys or wallet seed phrases are never stored by LustMe.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
LustMe may share limited information under the following conditions:
- With service providers for analytics, fraud detection, or email delivery
- With legal authorities, if required under applicable laws
- With user consent, for example when integrating social NFTs or partner services
LustMe does not sell or rent user data under any circumstances.
6. Your Rights
- You may update or delete your email profile at any time.
- You may disconnect your wallet at will.
- You may request deletion of off-chain user data via [email protected]
- On-chain records (NFTs, transfers, gifts) cannot be deleted due to blockchain immutability.
7. Children's Privacy
LustMe is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of such data, it will be deleted promptly.
8. International Users
LustMe is accessible worldwide. By using the app, you consent to data transfer and storage in jurisdictions where LustMe operates, including jurisdictions outside your country of residence.
9. Disclaimer and Limitations
LustMe shall not be held liable for:
- Identity fraud, impersonation, or catfishing by other users
- Irreversible token transactions or gifting mistakes
- Emotional, financial, or reputational outcomes arising from user interactions
Use of LustMe implies agreement with the decentralized, immutable nature of blockchain technology and its associated risks.
